TAT #180-696-6784-01 NOTICE: Exterior Building Renovation Project has been completed!! The spalling work and exterior painting has been completed. It is quiet once again! The last work will be to replace the pool deck tile. The BBQ and sundeck areas are open. The pool is open while the specifications are being finalized. We will update this page when we have any specific dates for the pool deck upgrade. Currently, the hot tub is closed until repairs are completed.

Unit is an air conditioned corner unit which has nice mountain and canal views. Amenities include a fully stocked electric kitchen, electric appliances, in-unit stacked washer and dryer, living room flat panel 46" TV, bedroom flat panel 32" TV and both WI-FI and Cat5 high speed internet. All linens, dishes, kitchen items are on hand. Buiding has 24 hour security, pool, BBQ area and assigned parking at no additional fee. Also, the bus stop is just out front. Short walk to the beach! Free US and Canada calling. |

The kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath have been remodeled. The kitchen has solid cherry wood cabinets with granite counters and easy glide drawers and doors with self closing feature for a quiet space. The spacious counter allows for easy meal preparation and serving. The Living Room opens to a lanai with view of palm trees and canal. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa bed with Lazyboy air bed and mattress. A hallway from living area provides separate entrances to bedroom and bath area. The bath was recently remodeled with a new vanity, mirror and entry door. The shower/bath area has a large walk in shower equipped with safety rails and an adjustable height shower head. |
The building has one bedroom condominiums with lanai and is across the street from the Ritz Carlton on Kuhio Ave. Each unit has Central Air Conditioning with individual control in each unit. The complex has a newly renovated 5th floor, ocean side recreation deck with a salt water pool, spa, gas grills and outdoor dining areas. The beautiful pool and dining deck on 5th floor are available for your use. The building has assigned covered parking, attended lobby, and convenient covered, off-street loading and unloading area. All units are furnished with full kitchen, stacked laundry, full bath, non-smoking and no pets are allowed. It is conveniently located for dining, shopping, and Waikiki Beach is only a short walk. The Bus stop is just outside the building entry on Kuhio Ave. |
