What is the minimum rental time period?One week rental. Back to Top
What are the deposit requirements?Receipt of $100 to secure rental dates. This rental deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. This rental deposit will be applied to your total rental costs. Upon rental this $100 deposit becomes the security deposit of $100. Security/cleaning deposit, will not be used toward the rental cost but will be mailed back to you after you exit and the condo has been checked. Key deposit is $100 per set of keys and will be refunded when keys are returned.

What is your cancellation policy?Rental deposit will not be retuned. All other deposits fees will be returned by next day mail, upon cancellation. Back to Top
How do we get the keys for the condo?Keys will be sent to you by Federal Express prior to the rental. Back to Top
How many people can stay at the condo at one timeA maximum of 4 people. 5th person if approved in writing at time of confirmation.
Who cleans the condo when we leave?The cleaning staff will be in to clean the unit. A cleaning checklist is to be followed by all tenants prior to departure. Back to Top
Is there a swimming pool at the condo complex?No, but the beach is just a short walk away! Back to Top
Where is the nearest grocery store?An information
binder is in the condo listing local activities, phone numbers, stores,
etc. Back to Top What is the smoking policy?No smoking allowed in the condo or on the lanai. A $300 deposit fee will be forfeited if smoking has been done in the unit or on the lanai. Back to Top |
