2012 Rates (Rates are subject to change and confirmed only with a Reservation)  

$170.00 US Per Day -- Minimum 5 nights
$1,155.00 US per Week  -- Minimum 7 nights
$2,850.00 per Month -- Minimum 30 nights

Add 13.962% Hawaii State Taxes plus departure cleaning fee of $125.00

Add $15.00 for fifth person to rate per night.

Payable in advance:

Security Deposit per Rental $100 US and Key Deposit per Rental $200 US
To hold dates. Deposits and final payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy

Rates subject to change unless confirmed with Deposit.

• Unit/Building Rules are sent our prior to confirmation.
• No smoking in the unit or on the lanai.
• All deposits forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or on the lanai.
• Deposits are not pre-paid rent and are refundable after unit is checked and keys are returned as directed.
• We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a responsible adult, guardian or parent. Guests agree to hold owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage resulting from carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of guests and their visitors.
• A refund for cancellation, after full full paymemt is received, will only be available if the unit is fully re-rented for the time period. Deposits are not pre-paid rent.
